Our Programmes
At CCI we pride ourselves in providing a programme that is tailored to the individuals support needs. In reducing the need for external support, we turn service users into service providers, enabling people with support needs to become economically active.
We have a huge amount of experience working with:
- Individuals and groups
- Adults with learning disabilities
- Adults with mental health issues
- Young people experiencing difficulties
- Adults with autism
Our programmes seek to foster independence and cooperation, therefore helping adults with support needs move closer to the world of work as we equip them with skills for work and life.
The programmes we offer provide meaningful contexts which aid the development of a variety of the individuals outputs; such as vocational skills, social skills, self confidence and self esteem, whilst also providing tangible benefits to the community and environment.
The costs of the programme are dependent on the individual's support needs and productivity. Ultimately the programmes are supported by the individual's own work which results in excellent value. Following such programmes, there are opportunities for supported employment positions.
At CCI it is our policy to work with anyone, regardless of the support needs or the profoundness of the barriers they face (subject to risk assessment and health and safety review).
